<br />I/\~~I <br /> <br />961.6640 <br /> <br />Book ß~age' <br /> <br />2() <br /> <br />DEED OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Environmental Development <br /> <br />Corporation, and Indiana Corporation, (hereinafter called <br /> <br />"Grantor"), as the Developer of Rooker Run Subdivision Sec. <br /> <br />I and II, an Addition to the Civil Town of Mooresville, as per <br />jl/' <br />plat thereof recorded in Deed Record Book 367, Page 505 for <br />J/ - - <br />Sec. I and Deed Record Book 370, Page 18 for Sec. II in the <br />- - <br /> <br />Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, does hereby grant, <br /> <br />set over and dedicate to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), its <br /> <br />successors and assigns, for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and <br /> <br />other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which <br /> <br />is hereby acknowledged, the sanitary sewers, storm sewers, <br /> <br />streets, and sidewalks as shown on said plat. That Grantor <br /> <br />sets over, dedicates and grants to the Grantee said storm <br /> <br />sewers, sanitary sewers, sidewalks and streets for the use of <br /> <br />the public, for the Town of Mooresville, the Grantee, to <br /> <br />maintain and control. <br /> <br />That the Grantee accepts this dedication and transfer and <br /> <br />agrees that it will hereinafter supervise, maintain, control <br /> <br />and both Grantor and Grantee acknowledge that there are no <br /> <br />reversionary rights to the Grantor with all of said public <br /> <br />improvements to remain in the name of Grantee, its heirs, and <br /> <br />assigns. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Environmental Development Corporation <br /> <br />hereby executes and causes to be executed this Deed of Dedication <br /> <br />for Public Use this <br /> <br />H <br />4 day of November, 1996. <br />
