<br />r '9° <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />- <br /> <br />970220\1 <br /> <br />1:'"'''''0 <br />Book ILlY Page v=--_ <br /> <br />..~~, <br />~~\\, . <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />c <br />ORDINANCE 1-, 1996 <br /> <br />~@[þ;l <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresvil1e, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana is adjacent to the <br /> <br />real property described in the attached Exhibit" A" and meets the necessary aggregate external <br /> <br />boundaries that coincide with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresvil1e for statutory <br /> <br />annexation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution approving a Fiscal <br /> <br />Plan establishing policy for providing services to the annexed area; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That the following described land be, and the same is hereby annexed and declared a part <br /> <br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit the real property owned by Paul T, Bothwel1, <br /> <br />Jr. and Kathy C. Bothwell at 660 Johnson Rd. more particularly described in the attached <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. That this annexation is being <br /> <br />made pursuant to the written request of the land owner. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Be it further ordained, that the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be and <br /> <br />the same are, hereby declared to be extended so as to include all of the real estate described in <br /> <br />the attached Exhibit" A" as a part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br />
