<br />I 60 <br />1°' <br /> <br />96037.8'7 <br /> <br />Book I~~ page' 255 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Comes now the Town Council for the civil Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />and pursuant to IC 36-1-10.5-1 makes the following resolution for <br /> <br />the purchase of the real property commonly known as the old Post <br /> <br />Office Building on W. Main st., Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />Be it resolved by the Town Council of the civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville that there is a need for additional office space due to <br /> <br />current needs being filled by the Town renting two (2) properties <br /> <br />that house the Economic Development Director and the Town Court; <br /> <br />Be it resolved by the Town Council of the civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville that two (2) appraisals shall be obtained by appraisers <br /> <br />professionally engaged in making appraisals or licensed as brokers <br /> <br />under IC 25-34.1 and that the two (2) separate appraisals be made <br />and returned within thirty (30) days from the date of their <br />appointment and that these appraisals shall be kept on file for a <br /> <br />period of five (5) years. <br /> <br />Be it further resolved that the Town Council shall review the <br /> <br />appraisals and make a determination as to entering into a contract <br /> <br />for the purchase of the real estate in an amount not to exceed the <br /> <br />average of the two (2) appraisals after receiving the same. <br /> <br />This Resolution passed this <br /> <br />~-#1 <br /> <br />day of January, <br /> <br />1996. <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br />/) . <br />'.;.
