<br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION / <br /> <br />,1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN <br />ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF <br />SERVICES TO AN ANNEXED AREA TO THE <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville does desire to annex the area more <br /> <br />particuJarly described in Ordinance 7' <br /> <br />, 1996 and its attached Exhibit "A"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, responsible pJanning and state law require adoption of a fiscal plan and a <br /> <br />definite policy for the provision of services to an annexed area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such plan has been developed and presented to the Town Council of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, entitled "Fiscal Plan, Annexation 1, 1996" pursuant to Ordinance <br /> <br />7' ,1996; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />1. The Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana hereby <br /> <br />approves and adopts the Fiscal PJan, Annexation 1, 1996, which plan is attached hereto and <br /> <br />made a part hereof, and hereby approves and adopts this specific policy for implementation of <br /> <br />the Plan as set out therein. <br /> <br />2. Any monies necessary for the provision of services as described and itemized in the <br /> <br />attached plan shall be budgeted and appropriated from the applicable fund, pursuant to State Law <br /> <br />and the Town's budget procedures. <br /> <br />3. It is anticipated that this annexation will not result in the elimination of jobs for <br /> <br />employees of other governmental entities. <br /> <br />4. That the annexation is of an area already being served by the Town utilities and other <br />
