<br />1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~ <br /> <br />,1996 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville experienced damage from a storm which occurred <br /> <br />in the Town on April 19, 1996; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town has insurance coverage which provided compensation for the <br /> <br />damage done by the storm; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town of Mooresville to have the repairs done by the <br /> <br />storm and to pay for these repairs through the reimbursement provided by the Town's insurance <br /> <br />carrier; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the expenditure of this money is in excess of the budget advertised by the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville and the monies to pay for said repairs likewise will be provided from a <br /> <br />source other than tax dollars making it necessary for the Town Council to approve the <br /> <br />expenditure of said monies. <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />that the following proceeds received from the Town's insurance carrier shall be appropriated and <br /> <br />used for the repair of Town properties damaged by the storm; <br /> <br />Reimbursement for hail damage to vehicles <br /> <br />$34,692,98 <br />$47,715.94 <br /> <br />Reimbursement for hail damage to buildings <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />i <br />i· <br />i <br />
