<br />1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION J/ <br /> <br />,1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN <br />ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISIONS OF <br />SERVICES TO AN ANNEXED AREA TO THE <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville desires to annex the area more particularly <br /> <br />L ; <br />described in Ordinance I , 1996 and more specifically described in the attached Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" pursuant to a written request for annexation filed by Paul T, Bothwell, Jr. and Kathy C, <br /> <br />Bothwell the owners of the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, responsible planning and State law require adoption of a Fiscal Plan and <br /> <br />definite policy for the provision of services to annexed areas; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such plan has been developed and presented to the Town Council of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, entitled "Fiscal Plan, Annexation of the property of Paul T, <br /> <br />Bothwell, Jr. and Kathy C. Bothwell"; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />1, The Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana hereby <br /> <br />approves and adopts the Fiscal Plan for the annexation of the property of Paul T. Bothwell, Jr. <br /> <br />and Kathy C. Bothwell's property more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" which <br /> <br />plan is also attached hereto and made a part hereof, and hereby approves and adopts the specific <br /> <br />policies for implementation of the plan as set out therein; <br /> <br />2. Monies necessary for the provision of services as described and itemized in the <br /> <br />attached plan shall be budgeted and appropriated from the applicable fund, pursuant to State law <br /> <br />and the Town's budget procedure; <br />
