INDIANA <br /> <br />General Statement <br /> <br />It is the intent of this plan that services will be provided the same as to standard and <br /> <br />scope to the areas to be annexed as they are within similar uses and topography within the <br /> <br />current Town limits. Police, fire and street services are already extended to the properties to <br /> <br />be annexed along Johnson Rd. The time table is immediate and there is no substantial net cost <br /> <br />to increase these services, <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Service <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Service will necessitate the homeowner pushing a lateral underneath the <br /> <br />street to the Town's line for purposes of connecting to the Town's Sanitary Sewer access. This <br /> <br />shall be done at the expense of the homeowner as other hook-ons require the homeowner to <br /> <br />extend a lateral from their residence to the Town's line, <br />
