S 1995 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING <br />AREA ON MEMORIAL DRIVE WEST FROM WEST STREET <br />TO THE END OF MEMORIAL DRIVE <br /> <br />of Mooresville through its Town Council to enact certain ordinances <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted to the civil Town <br /> <br />to establish reasonable regulations for the protection of the life, <br /> <br />health, safety and property of the citizens of the civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, <br /> <br />Memorial Drive; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a study has been done concerning the traffic flow on <br /> <br />West Street; <br /> <br />created due to the parking on both sides of Memorial Drive west of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the traffic study revealed that traffic problems are <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND ORDAINED that an ordinance <br /> <br />Drive on either side of the street as is more particularly set out <br /> <br />be adopted prohibiting parking west of West Street on Memorial <br /> <br />below; <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />That parking on Memorial Drive west of West Street to the end <br /> <br />of Memorial Drive shall be prohibited and this area of Memorial <br /> <br />Drive shall be designated as a "no parking zone", and that this <br /> <br />area shall be posted as a no parking area. <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, shall post or cause <br /> <br />That the Town Marshall, or any other person designated by the <br /> <br />to be posted signs at the aforesaid no parking areas designating <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />such area as "no parking zone". <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I, <br />I <br />, <br />; <br />~ <br />[ <br />
