<br />. <br /> <br />". <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />ORDrNANCE / ¿1 <br /> <br />199. <br /> <br />A SPECrAL ORDrNANCE ANNEXrNG CONTrGUOUS <br /> <br />TERRrTORY TO THE CrVrL TOWN OF MOORESVrLLE <br /> <br />MOOREsvrLLE, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />BE rT ORDArNED BY THE TOWN COUNcrL OF THE CrVrL TOWN OF <br /> <br />boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville to be annexed; <br /> <br />the necessary aggregate external boundaries that coincide with the <br /> <br />Indiana is adjacent to the real estate described herein and meets <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution <br />approving a Fiscal Plan establishing a policy for providing <br /> <br />services to the annexed area; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the real property being annexed has <br />requested this annexation by the Town Council. <br /> <br />crvrL TOWN OF MOORESvrLLE, rHDrANA; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE rT ORDArNED BY THE TOWN COUNCrL OF THE <br /> <br />Section I. That the following described real property be, and <br />the same is, hereby annexed to and declared a part of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to wit: <br /> <br />See Attached. <br /> <br />Section II. Be it further ordained, that the boundaries of <br /> <br />the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be, and the same are hereby <br /> <br />declared to be extended so as to include all of the real estate <br /> <br />hereinabove described as part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Section III.
