<br />· <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly and or <br />annual compensation; and <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of the employees of said Civil Town <br />shall be fixed by an Ordinance passed by the Town Council of the <br />civil Town of Mooresville; and <br />WHEREAS, the compensation for Positions that did not exist at <br />the time the Ordinance for annual compensation was passed mUst be <br />set; <br /> <br />N <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the salary for the <br />fOllowing named employees of the Town of Mooresville shall <br />henceforth be as follows: <br />.section IL <br />That the Technical Review COmmittee of the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission for the Town of Mooresville shall be paid the sum of <br />$20.00 per meeting. <br />Section II. <br />That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 19-1993 and all <br />amendments thereto shall remain unchanged. <br />This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date of passage <br />'- and shall continue until December 31, 1994. <br />
