<br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />I~ <br /> <br />. 1994 <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWN <br />OF MOORESVILLE UPON THE APPLICATION OF <br />R.D.H. INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was held before the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />commission after appropriate notice upon the application of K.D.H. <br /> <br />Inc. for rezoning of the real property described in the attached <br /> <br />Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission recommends to the <br /> <br />Town Council that the rezoning, from A-1 Agricultural District to <br /> <br />Pud-R Planned unit Development Residential be approved; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification <br /> <br />of PUD-R Planned unit Development Residential shall hereinafter <br /> <br />apply to the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />and the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Mooresville is amended to <br /> <br />show said zoning for said real property. <br />12. <br />APPROVED THIS eft) - DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1994. <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />~"r,( ~lalp~ì{~ <br />Step en A.
