ORDINANCE NO. 6 , ]993 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE <br /> WITHIN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> UPON THE APPLICATION OF DONALD T. FISCHER, DDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing was held before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission on June 24, ]993 upon the application of Donald T. <br />Fischer, D.D.S requesting rezoning on the following described <br />land from it's present classification of R-1 Residential to that <br />of B-l; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Civil Town of Mooresville <br />did recommend approval of said rezoning, pursuant to procedures <br />of the Ordinance of the Town; <br /> <br /> NOW, TI1EREFORE, BE IT OHDAINED that the zoning classification <br />of B-] shall hereafter apply, and the Zoning Ordinance for the <br />Civil Town of Mooresville is amended to show said zoning for the <br />following described real estate located in the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana: <br /> <br /> Part of the west half of the N.W. quarter of Section 36, <br />Township 14 North, Range 1 East, more particularly described as <br />follows, to wit: <br /> <br /> Commencing at a point sixteen (16) feet due north of the <br />northeast corner of Lot 1, in Block 10,in Town of Mooresville; <br />thence running north ninety-six (96) feet; thence east one hundred <br />sixty-nine (169) feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.38 <br />acre, more or less. <br /> <br />Approved this <br /> <br />6th day of July, ]993. <br /> <br /> '~tc~v~ Ballard <br /> <br /> gte~n A.
