ORDINANCE NO. / , ]993 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 26 1992 WHICH CONCERNED THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly and annual compensation; and WHEREAS, the compensation of the employees of said Civil Town of Mooresville is fixed by an ordinance passed by the Town Council and must be amended to meet the policy changes for the compensation of the employees; WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the Town to adjust compensation due to certain changes in payment Dolicy verses the granting of compensation time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the provisions for compensation of the employees set out in Ordinance No. 26 1992 shall have the following provisions added to it for purposes of establishing payment of overtime compensation for the Mooresville Town Marshalls and Mooresville Firefighters as follows: Section I. That the Mooresville Town Marshalls and the Mooresville Fire fighters (Town Marshalls to include all officers from Patrolman through Chief Marshall and Firefighters to Firefighters through Fire Chiefs) shall be of one and one-half (1 1/2) and to one (1). include all full time compensated at the rate For every one hour in excess of forty hours shall be paid one and Town Marshalls office or Fire Department is on a two week scheduling cycle then the overtime shall be computed based said cycle.
