ORDINANCE ~ 1993 <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS <br /> <br />TERRITORY TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, <br /> MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, Morga'n County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br />Indiana, is adjacent and contiguous to the real property described <br />herein and meets the necessary aggregate external boundaries that <br />coincide with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville to <br />be annexed; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has passed a resolution <br />approving a fiscal plan establishing a policy for providing <br />services area being annexed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana: <br />Section I. <br /> <br /> That the following described real property be, and the same <br />is, hereby a~nexed to and declared a part of the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit: <br /> <br /> SEE ATTACHED EXHIBITS 1-1] <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br /> Be <br /> <br />of Mooresville shhll be, and the same are, hereby declared to be <br />extended so as to 'include all of the real estate hereinabove <br />described as being within the corporate limits of the Civil Town <br />of Mooresville, Indiana. <br />section III. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage, promulgation, and appropriate publication. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />it further ordained, that the boundaries of the Civil Town <br /> <br /> <br />
