I ' - -' ORDINANCE NO. 7-1991 BEFORE THE HOORESVILLE TOWN BOARD AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LANDS UPON THE APPLICATION OF: EVERETT & MILDRED RAWLINGS WHEREAS, the ~own of Mooresville has duly established pursuant to Indiana Statutes, the Mooresville Plan Commission, vested with the powers of advisory planning commissions under the Indiana Code; and WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did lawfully convene on March 28, 1991 to consider an application for rezoning of a tract of land filed by Mildred Rawlings and Everett Rawlings and Paul Bryant, their Agent, and, WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did by a vote of six (6) for and two (2) against approve and recommend said rezoning and the amendment of the zoning ordinance of th~ Town of Mooresville; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning ordinance of the Town of Mooresville, and the zoning maps pertaining thereto shall hereafter be amended to show as the appropriate zoning that classification of the zoning ordinance denominated medium industrial (I-2) for the following described tract: Part of the Northeast quarter of Section 2 and part of the Northwest quarter of Section 1, all in Township 13 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan Co~nty, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Remaininq Land West of S. R. 67: BEGINNING at a stone at the West one-half mile corner of Section 1, township and range aforesaid, run thence N 870 10' E a distance of 876.6 feet to the centerline of State Highway 67 at Station 1894 + 96; run thence N 060 07' E on the semi-tangent a distance of 400.6 feet to the point of intersection of a 000 20' right curve; run thence N 100 44' E a distance of 1305.4 feet to the North end of the Southbound bridge over White Lick Creek at Station 1912 + 01.2; run thence Southwesterly and Northwesterly as follows:
