<br />ORDINANCE NO. ~-1991 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.17-1990 <br />CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS <br />AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly, and <br /> <br />annual compensation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said civil <br /> <br />town shall be fixed by an ordinance passed by the Town Council of <br /> <br />the Civil Town of Mooresville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees shall be fixed by <br /> <br />the Town Council and said ordinance amended as required due to the <br /> <br />hiring of new employees; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 17-1990, <br /> <br />Section I shall be amended to add the following compensation and <br /> <br />to strike the section stating "Volunteer Firemen are paid pursuant <br /> <br />to a private written contract": <br /> <br />Reserve Firemen shall be compensated as follows: <br /> <br />$8.00 for the first two (2) hours on a call; $6.00 for each <br /> <br />additional hour on a call and $6.00 for each meeting attended <br /> <br />and $6.00 per practice run (limit one practice run per month) <br /> <br />and $8.00 per hour standby shift, <br /> <br />Each reserve fireman shall <br /> <br />be paid the sum of $12.50 per month as a fireman allowance, <br /> <br />All other provisions of Ordinance No. 17-1990 shall remain <br /> <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />This ordinance passed and adopted by the Town Council of the <br /> <br />civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, this <br /> <br />.., <br />Þ---> <br /> <br />day of April, <br /> <br />1991. <br />
