<br />d. water treatment, storage or distribution <br /> <br />facilities. <br /> <br />(E) The Town Council for the Civil Town of Mooresville may <br /> <br />pledge money in the Fund to pay bonds issued, loans obtained, and <br /> <br />lease payments or other obligations incurred by or on behalf of <br /> <br />the Town of Mooresville or a special taxing district in the Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville to provide the facilities described in Subsection <br /> <br />(D) (1). <br /> <br />This subsection applies only to bonds, loans, lease <br /> <br />payments or obligations that are issued, obtained, or incurred <br /> <br />after the date on which the tax is imposed under Section 2 of this <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />A pledge of the money in the Fund for the financing, <br /> <br />construction, operation, or maintenance of any of the possible <br /> <br />itemized improvements is an enforceable pledge under I.e. 5-1-14- <br /> <br />4 , <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />The tax imposed by this ordinance applies to transactions <br /> <br />that occur after the last day of the month that succeeds the month <br /> <br />in which this ordinance is adopted. <br /> <br />Section 7. <br /> <br />The Clerk-Treasurer of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall <br /> <br />immediately after adoption send a certified copy of this ordinance <br /> <br />to the Commissioner of the Department of State Revenue and any <br /> <br />other interested officials. <br /> <br />THIS ORDINANCE PASSED this <br /> <br />day of June, 1990, by the <br /> <br />Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />TOWN COUNCIL <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />St~)hen A: E~wards <br />tí!\ I 'II~ / d l ({J.(~ I I' ¿,(( / <br />Pa içia J.
