<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />, 1990. <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN BOARD OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />IN RE: <br /> <br />The Application of <br />Caperton Development Group, Inc. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hearing having been held before the Mooresville <br />Planning Commission on June 28, 1990 at 7:30 p.m., pursuant <br />to notice to the public and other interested persons; and, <br />WHEREAS, an application having been presented by Caperton <br />Development Group, Inc. by Roger Caperton, President, for <br />the rezoning of the below described land from classification <br />of Agriculture to General Business, and said application having <br />been unanimously approved; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mooresville Town <br />Board that the zoning ordinance be amended to provide that <br />the below described land shall be included with the General <br />Business District: <br />A part of the North Half of Section 31, Township 14 North, <br />Range 2 East, of the Second Principal Meridian in Morgan <br />County, Indiana.
