<br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />1989 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE'S BUFFER ZONE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing <br /> <br />on May 25, 1989 in reference to an Application for rezoning, <br /> <br />filed by Don and Karen Hancock on May 25, 1989, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend to <br /> <br />the Mooresville Board of Trustees that the zoning classification <br /> <br />of the real estate subject to said petition (hereinafter described) <br /> <br />be rezoned from its present classification of AR, Agricultural <br /> <br />District to GB, General Business District, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville do now accept the recommendation of the Mooresville <br /> <br />Plan Commission and the same is now rezoned in accordance with <br /> <br />the petition of said petitioner from AR, Agricultural District <br /> <br />to GB, General Business District, such legal description be more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />[SEE ATTACHED] <br /> <br />This Ordinance adopted this 6th day of June, 1989. <br /> <br />J.
