<br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />,1989 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville plan Commission held a public <br />hearing with reference to request upon application for resoning <br />by Randy Pruden and Maranel Pruden on June 22, 1989. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville plan Commission did recommend <br />to the Board of Trustees of Civil Town of Mooresville that <br />zoning class of said real estate hereinafter described be <br />rezoned from present classification of AR to proposed zoning <br />classification of Band; <br /> <br />w~EREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Moores- <br />ville does now accept the recommedation of the Mooresville plan <br />Commission and the same is now rezoned from AR to B, such legal <br />description being now particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at thè center of Section 29, Township 14, <br />North, Range 2 East and running thence West ISO; <br />thence North 347.4 feet; thence East ISO feet; thence <br />South 347.4 feet to the place of beginning, and being <br />a part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter <br />of Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 2 East. <br /> <br />Containing 1.40 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />This Ordinance adopted this 3rd day of July, 1989. <br /> <br />THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CIVIL TOWN <br />OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />J.
