---' ORDINANCE NO. /,7, 1987 SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA " WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing with reference to an "Application for Rezoning", filed by William E. Hardcastle, on July 23, 1987, and WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that the zoning classification of the real estate subject to said petition (hereinafter described) be rezoned from its present classification of "A" Medium Density Residential to the proposed zoning classification of "B" High Density Residential, and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of M90resville, Morgan County, Indiana, does now accept the recommendation of the " Mooresville Plan Commission and the same is now rezoned in accordance with the petition of said owners from "A" Medium Density Residential to "B" High Density Residential, such legal description being more particularly described as follows: Part of the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range I East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Idniana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the West line of said half-quarter section, which is 765.50 feet north of the Southwest corner and 1889.1 feet south of the Northwest corner thereof, thence deflect 88 degrees 07 minutes right and run easterly on the South line of a fifty (50) foot street (Williams Driv~) (Deed Record 151, page 503) a distance of 193.0 feet to the BEGINNING POINT of this description: From said beginning point continue thence easterly on said South line a distance of 107.50 feet; deflect 91 degrees 53 minutes right and run thence southerly and parallel with the West line of said half-quarter a distance of 139.43 feet; deflect 86 degrees 59 minutes right and run thence westerly a distance of 67.5 feet; deflect 88 degrees 07 minutes right and run thence westerly a distance of 40.0 feet; the South end of a chain link fence; run thence northerly parallel with the West line OL said half-quarter a distance of 140.7 feet to the beginning point, containing 0.347 acres, more or less, SUBJECT to all legal right-of-way and easements. This Ordinance adopted this 4th day of August, 1987.
