<br />---' <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. /,7, 1987 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing <br /> <br />with reference to an "Application for Rezoning", filed by <br /> <br />William E. Hardcastle, on July 23, 1987, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend to the <br /> <br />Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, that the zoning classification of the real estate subject <br /> <br />to said petition (hereinafter described) be rezoned from its present <br /> <br />classification of "A" Medium Density Residential to the proposed <br /> <br />zoning classification of "B" High Density Residential, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of M90resville, <br /> <br />Morgan County, Indiana, does now accept the recommendation of the <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Mooresville Plan Commission and the same is now rezoned in <br /> <br />accordance with the petition of said owners from "A" Medium Density <br /> <br /> <br />Residential to "B" High Density Residential, such legal description <br /> <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section <br />25, Township 14 North, Range I East of the Second Principal <br />Meridian, Morgan County, Idniana, bounded and described <br />as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said half-quarter <br />section, which is 765.50 feet north of the Southwest <br />corner and 1889.1 feet south of the Northwest corner thereof, <br />thence deflect 88 degrees 07 minutes right and run easterly <br />on the South line of a fifty (50) foot street (Williams <br />Driv~) (Deed Record 151, page 503) a distance of 193.0 <br />feet to the BEGINNING POINT of this description: <br /> <br />From said beginning point continue thence easterly on said <br />South line a distance of 107.50 feet; deflect 91 degrees <br />53 minutes right and run thence southerly and parallel <br />with the West line of said half-quarter a distance of <br />139.43 feet; deflect 86 degrees 59 minutes right and run <br />thence westerly a distance of 67.5 feet; deflect 88 degrees <br />07 minutes right and run thence westerly a distance of <br />40.0 feet; the South end of a chain link fence; run thence <br />northerly parallel with the West line OL said half-quarter <br />a distance of 140.7 feet to the beginning point, containing <br />0.347 acres, more or less, SUBJECT to all legal right-of-way <br />and easements. <br /> <br />This Ordinance adopted this 4th day of August, 1987. <br />
