I q <br /> <br />, 1987 <br /> <br />TO <br /> <br />.J <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />" <br />THE -'CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, by the laws of the <br /> <br />State of Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the <br /> <br />following tract of real estate, which is contiguous territory to <br /> <br />the Civil Town of Mooresville, having in excess of 1/8th of the <br /> <br />aggregate external boundaries of the territory coinciding with <br /> <br />the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville with said contiguous <br /> <br />strip of land being in excess of 150 feet wide at the point of <br /> <br />connection to the Civil Town of Mooresville, and which real estate <br /> <br />is presently receiving governmental and proprietary services, <br /> <br />substantially equivalent in standard scope to the governmental and <br /> <br />proprietary services furnished by the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, to the other areas of the town, now presently incorporated <br /> <br />within the town limits, are hereby annexed to the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, said real estate being all <br /> <br />situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the North Half of the Southeast quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 14 North, <br />Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan <br />County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Raesta Estates, <br />an Addition to the Town of Mooresville, run thence <br />N 00°00' on and along the West line of Hillcrest <br />Subdivision a distance of 658.50 feet to a stone at <br />the Northwest corner of Hillcrest; run thence <br />S 89°22' 05"W along the North line of the Southeast <br />quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 26 <br />a distance of 792.30 feet; run thence S 00°00' a <br />distance of 257.2 feet; run thence S 03°07'12.49"W <br />a distance of 74.32 feet; run thence S 56°35'W a <br />distance of 101.20 feet; run thence S 00°00' a distance <br />of 273.90 feet to the South line of the North half <br />of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of <br />said Section 26; run thence N 89°15'37"E along said <br />South line a distance of 880.84 feet to the place of <br />beginning, containing 12.607 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Also, part of the South half of the Southeast quarter <br />of the Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 14 <br />North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded <br />
