<br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE
<br />IN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA
<br />MORGAN COUNTY
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a
<br />
<br />public hearing September 24, 1987, in reference to an application
<br />
<br />v
<br />for rezoning filed by Cecil J. Rogers and Vida Rogers and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having
<br />
<br />jurisdiction over the subject real estate has recommended to
<br />
<br />the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana,
<br />
<br />that the application for rezoning as filed by said applicants
<br />
<br />be rezoned from its present classification of A-residential
<br />
<br />to GB-general business, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of
<br />
<br />Moorcsville, Indiana, now accepts the recommendation of the
<br />
<br />Mooresville Plan Commission and the following real estate
<br />
<br />located within the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Plan
<br />
<br />Commission is hereby rezoned to zoning classification GB,
<br />
<br />general business.
<br />
<br />Such real estate located in the Civil Town
<br />
<br />of Mooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, more particularly
<br />
<br />described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot No. sixteen (16) and all that part in of lot No,
<br />fifteen (IS) that lies north and west of the Vandalia
<br />Railroad right of way, all in block No. thirteen (13)
<br />in Moore's second addition to the town of Mooresvillc.
