<br />r <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />necessary expenses of litigation over and above normal <br />trial preparation which Attorney would pay as a part of his <br />normal overhead. <br /> <br />d. Attorney shall bill the Client monthly for all services <br />rendered by furnishing an itemized statement of serviees <br />for approval by the Town Board with payment to be made <br />by Client through its normal course of business. <br /> <br />e. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan indebted- <br />ness) of the Town on a percentage basis, that being one <br />percent (1%) of the total bond issue, The ~own will not <br />be billed hourly for any of the services pertaining to <br />said bond issue and the attorney fees shall be contingent <br />upon the sale of the bond issue. If the contract between <br />the Attorney and the Town is discontinued prior to the <br />sale of the bond issue then services rendered to date on <br />the bond issue shall become due at the time of the sale. <br />This shall include all bonds of the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, Fire Department, Park Department, Economic <br />Development Commission and LOan Indebtedness of the same. <br /> <br />Park Personnel shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />Park Superintendent - $24,500.00 plus longevity pay <br /> <br />Park Secretary - $6.00 per hour <br /> <br />Park Security - $3,000.00 per year <br /> <br />Experienced Labor - $5.00 per hour <br /> <br />Experienced Helper - $4,75 per hour <br /> <br />New Help - $4.00 per hour <br /> <br />Compensation for Park Board Members - $20.00 per person for each <br />attended meeting <br /> <br />The Street Commissioner, Assistant Street Commissioner, Experierced <br /> <br />Street Department Laborers, Street Department Laborers, Treatment <br /> <br />Plant Superintendent, Assistant Treatment Plant Superintendent, <br /> <br />Treatment Plant Lab Technician, and Treatment Plant Labor shall be <br /> <br />compensated at a rate of one and one-half (l~) to one (1). For <br /> <br />everyone hour In excess of forty (40) hours a week worked, the <br /> <br />aforementioned employees shall be paid one and one-half (l~) hours wages. <br /> <br />Longevity pay shall be calculated by multiplying the number of <br /> <br />years employed by the Town by Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). The <br /> <br />"number of years employed" shall be determined by counting the <br /> <br />calendar year an employee was hired as one complete year, plus each <br /> <br />successive year the employee has continued to be employed by the <br /> <br />town, plus the calendar year 1988 as o~e and adding these three <br /> <br />figures together. <br />
