r -4- necessary expenses of litigation over and above normal trial preparation which Attorney would pay as a part of his normal overhead. d. Attorney shall bill the Client monthly for all services rendered by furnishing an itemized statement of serviees for approval by the Town Board with payment to be made by Client through its normal course of business. e. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan indebted- ness) of the Town on a percentage basis, that being one percent (1%) of the total bond issue, The ~own will not be billed hourly for any of the services pertaining to said bond issue and the attorney fees shall be contingent upon the sale of the bond issue. If the contract between the Attorney and the Town is discontinued prior to the sale of the bond issue then services rendered to date on the bond issue shall become due at the time of the sale. This shall include all bonds of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Fire Department, Park Department, Economic Development Commission and LOan Indebtedness of the same. Park Personnel shall be paid as follows: Park Superintendent - $24,500.00 plus longevity pay Park Secretary - $6.00 per hour Park Security - $3,000.00 per year Experienced Labor - $5.00 per hour Experienced Helper - $4,75 per hour New Help - $4.00 per hour Compensation for Park Board Members - $20.00 per person for each attended meeting The Street Commissioner, Assistant Street Commissioner, Experierced Street Department Laborers, Street Department Laborers, Treatment Plant Superintendent, Assistant Treatment Plant Superintendent, Treatment Plant Lab Technician, and Treatment Plant Labor shall be compensated at a rate of one and one-half (l~) to one (1). For everyone hour In excess of forty (40) hours a week worked, the aforementioned employees shall be paid one and one-half (l~) hours wages. Longevity pay shall be calculated by multiplying the number of years employed by the Town by Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). The "number of years employed" shall be determined by counting the calendar year an employee was hired as one complete year, plus each successive year the employee has continued to be employed by the town, plus the calendar year 1988 as o~e and adding these three figures together.
