Gregory the following described portion of said public right-of-way: The North half of the 20 foot alley lying south of and adjacent to Lot No.1, Block 62, in Moore's Fourth Addition to the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot No.1, Block 62 in Moore's Fourth Addition to the Town of Mooresville, run thence easterly on the South line of said Lot No. 1 a distance of 100.0 feet; run thence south a distance of 10.0 feet to the center of said alley; run thence westerly in the center of said alley a distance of 100.0 feet; run thence north a distance of 10.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1000 square feet (0,023 of an acre), more or less. To Horace E. Adams and Marian E. Adams the following described portion of said public right-of-way: Twenty (20) foot alley south of and adjacent to Block 63 and Block 62 in Moore's Fouth Addition to the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot No.2, Block 64 in Moore's Fourth addition to the Town of Mooresville, run thence easterly on the North line of said 20 foot alley to the Southeast corner of Lot No.1, Block 62 in Moore's Fourth Addition; run thence southerly a distance of 20.0 feet to the South line of said alley; run thence westerly on the South line of said alley a distance of 340.0 feet to a point 20.0 feet south of the Southeast corner of lot No.2, Block 64 in said addition; run thence northerly a distance of 20.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing 6800 square feet (0.156 of an acre), more or less.
