<br />AMENDED ORDER
<br />
<br />The Civil Town of Mooresville having previously entered an order
<br />
<br />against Summit Finishing Company, Inc, on December 29, 1986, pursuant to
<br />
<br />certain vio la tions of the Town's "ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS
<br />
<br />FOR THE SEWAGE WORKS, REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SEWERS AND DRAINS,
<br />
<br />THE INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWERS, AND THE DISCHARGE OF WATERS
<br />
<br />AND WASTE INTO THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA
<br />
<br />AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SECTIONS THEREOF", assessing fines
<br />
<br />and penalties totaling $41,062.50 and damages in the amount of $16,505.34 for
<br />
<br />violations occurring on September 17, 1986, October 10, 1986, October 19, 1986
<br />
<br />and November 6, 1986, now amends said order pursuant to negotiations between
<br />
<br />the Civil Town of Mooresville and Summit Finishing Company, Inc. Further,
<br />
<br />that said amendment is based upon the compliance of Summit Finishing Company,
<br />
<br />Inc. and the same is in full settlement and discharge of all fines, penalties
<br />
<br />and damages assessed under the Town's ordinance on said aforementioned
<br />
<br />violations set out above. IT IS NOW ORDERED by the Town Board of Trustees of
<br />
<br />the Civil Town of Mooresville that Summit Finishing Company, Inc. pay the sum
<br />
<br />of $12,000,00 as fines and penalties for the violation accruing under the
<br />
<br />Town's "ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE SEWAGE WORKS,
<br />
<br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SEWERS AND DRAINS, THE INSTALLATION AND
<br />
<br />CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWERS, AND THE DISCHARGE OF WATERS AND WASTE INTO
<br />
<br />THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA AND PROVIDING
<br />
<br />PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SECTIONS THEREOF", pursuant to the violations of
<br />
<br />September 17, 1986, October 10,1986, October 19, 1986, and November 6, 1986
<br />
<br />and further the sum of $8,812.50 for damages totaling $20,812.50 which is due and
<br />
<br />owing immediately and in full discharge of all obligations pursuant to the
<br />
<br />Town of Mooresyille's ordinance violations as set out above.
