I , 'f; ~ BOOKqD PAGE ~13 ')OS786 ORDINANCE NO. ~, 1985 AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TARGET AR j BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana by the laws of the State of Indiana and all amendments thereto, and specifically by the power granted under Indiana Code 36-7-12-38 the Town Board of Trustees finds that the following described real property recommended ¡ ~to the Board of Trustees by the Mooresville Economic Development Commission as an "Economic Development Target Area" and the Board of Trustees does find the same to be an Economic Development Target Area as defined in the Indiana Code: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana; That the following described real property be designated an Economic Development Target Area pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-12-38: A part of the South half of Section 31, Township 14 North, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian, bounded and described as fol- lows, to-wit: \ Commencing at an iron pipe found marking the Northeast corner of Charles W. Carmichael's IIRedgewood Subdivision" First section, as platted and recorded in Deed Record 161, Page 184 of the records of Morgan County, said iron pipe being 333.3 feet East and 2575.5 feet North of the South one-half mile stone of Section 31, Township and Range aforesiad; thence South 86 degrees 11 minutes 39 seconds West 355.68 feet (assumed bearing) along the North line of said "Ridge- wood Subdivision" and the Kendrick Memorial Hospital property as recorded in Deed Record 217, Page 516 to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 342.96 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 21 seconds West 75 feet to the Northeast corner of the existing Kendrick Memorial Hospital Building; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 21 Seconds West 46 feet along the North wall of said building to the North- west corner of said building; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 21 seconds West 70 feet; thence North 38 degrees 18 minutes 59 seconds West 182.79 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 180 feet to the North line of said Kendrick Hospital property; thence North 89 degrees 11 minutes 39 seconds East 305 feet to the place of beginning. Contaiaing in said description 2.14 Acres, more or less. Subject to the right-of-way of the County Road along the North line of said tract, and other ease- ments of record.
