Is , 1985 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19, 1984 CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TO\<N OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of }looresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: WHEREAS, the officers and employees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of the Civil Town shall be fixed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by an ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as conditions and circumstances require a change or changes. WHEREAS, it becomes necessary for the town to hire additional employees to take care of the necessary functions and duties required of the town government. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the following two additional salaries and wages for a part-time court clerk and a part-time helper in the Clerk's office shall now be included in the town salary ordinance with all other sections of Ordinance No. 19, 1984 to remain unchanged and in full force and effect: Section 1. The following salary and wage shall be paid from the General Fund Town Court: Part-time Court Clerk $5.00 per hour Section II . The following wage shall be paid from the Sewer Department: Part-time Clerk's office help $3.35 per hour This Ordinance shall become effective as of the date of the hiring of the aforementioned new employees and shall continue until December 31, 1985 or until further amendment of this Ordinance.
