<br />.:.. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />;z;I / </ / Y'f'F <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE A}ŒNDING ORDINANCE NO. 19-1984 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, State of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> <br />are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said civil town shall be <br /> <br />fixed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, and <br /> <br />\iHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by an ordinance <br /> <br />of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as conditions <br /> <br />and circumstances require a change or changes. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it becomes necessary for the town to hire additional employees to <br /> <br />take care of the necessary functions and duties required of the town government. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville, Indiana, that the salaries and wages for the following named <br /> <br />employees of the Town of Mooresville shall henceforth be as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />The following additional salaries shall be paid from the sewer fund at the <br /> <br />following rates: <br /> <br />Treatment Plant Lab Technican - $6.00 per hour <br /> <br />Any lab technican who works over 40 hours per week shall be compensated with pay at <br /> <br />the rate of l~ to 1. For everyone hour of overtime, the sewer plant lab technican <br /> <br />shall be paid 1~ hours wages or an amount of $9.00 per hour. <br /> <br />Treatment Plant Labor - $4.50 per hour <br /> <br />The additional laborer who works over 40 hours per week shall be compensated with <br /> <br />pay at the rate of lYz to 1. For everyone hour of overtime, the additional sewer <br /> <br />plant laborer shall be paid 1~ hours wages or an amount of $6.75 per hour. <br /> <br />This amendment to Ordinance No. 19-1984 shall add the above named salaries <br /> <br />to the annual compensation of the officials and employees of the Town of Þ1ooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana and shall in no way repeal any part of said ordinance but merely is a <br /> <br />supplement <br /> <br />to the original ordinance and shall become effective as of the dates of <br /> <br />the hiring of the aforementioned employees. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br />
