LZ..-, 1985 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COHPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND E!1PLOYEES <br />OF THE TOWN OF HOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Hooresville, Horgan <br /> <br />County, State of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of Hooresvil1e, Indiana, <br /> <br />are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said civil town shall be <br /> <br />fixed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by an ordinance <br /> <br />of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as conditions <br /> <br />and circumstances require a change or changes. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it becomes necessary for the town to hire additional employees <br /> <br />to take care of the necessary functions and duties required of the town government. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville, Indiana, that the salaries and wages for the following named <br /> <br />employees of the Town of Hooresville shall henceforth be as follows: <br /> <br />Section T. <br /> <br />The following salaries and wages shall be paid from the General Fund: <br /> <br />Chief Harshall - $23,361,00 per year - $1,946.75 per month <br /> <br />Assistant Chief Marshall - $21,414.00 per year - $1,784.50 per month <br /> <br />Lieutenant - $20,116.00 per year - $1,676.33 per month <br /> <br />Sargeant - $18,819.00 per year - $1,568.25 per month <br /> <br />Patrolman - $17,650.00 per year - $1,470.83 per month <br /> <br />Radio Dispatcher - $15,000.00 per year - $1,250.00 per month <br /> <br />Part-time Dispatcher - $7.21 per hour <br /> <br />Breathalizer Officer - $500.00 per year - $41.67 per month <br /> <br />Juvenile Officer - $500.00 per year - $41.67 per month <br /> <br />IDAC Co-ordinator - $250.00 per year - $20.83 per month <br /> <br />Police Uniform Haintenance - $350.00 per year per man <br /> <br />Town Court Judge - $15,500.00 per year - $1,291.67 per month <br /> <br />Court Administrative Assistant - $13,000.00 per year - $1,083,33 per month <br /> <br />Court Clerk - $10,710.00 per year - $892.50 per month <br /> <br />Part-time Court Clerk - $5.00 per hour <br /> <br />Town Court Judge and Court Administrative Assistant shall receive compensation <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />in the amount of three percent (3%) of the 1984 salary to compensate them for <br /> <br />the Town's contribution in the pension plan which they did not receive due <br /> <br />to their failure to qualify for the plan, <br /> <br />I <br />
