<br />I <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />$6,825.00 per year <br /> <br />$568.75 per month from the General Fund <br /> <br />$3,885.00 per year - $323.75 per month from the Sewer Fund <br /> <br />Part-time Clerk for Clerk's office - $3.55 per hour from the Sewer Fund, <br /> <br />The Town Attorney shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />a. Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour for all services rendered <br />at meetings of the Town Board, Plan Commission or Board of <br />Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br />b. Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour for all other services <br />rendered for Town. <br /> <br />c. Town agrees to bear all filing fee expenses and court <br />costs, cost of any depositions, cost of obtaining the <br />attendance of witnesses, the printing of briefs and other <br />necessary expenses of litigation over and above normal <br />trial preparation which Attorney would pay as a part of <br />his normal overhead. <br /> <br />d. Attorney shall bill the Town monthly for all services <br />rendered by furnishing an itemized statement of services <br />for approval by the Town Board with payment to be made by <br />Town through its normal course of business. <br /> <br />e. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan indebted- <br />ness) of the Town on a percentage basis, that being one per- <br />cent (1%) of the total bond issue. The Town will not be <br />billed hourly for any of the services pertaining to said bond <br />issue and the attorney fees shall be contingent upon the sale <br />of the bond issue. If the contract between the Attorney and <br />the Town is discontinued prior to the sale of the bond issue <br />then services rendered to date on the bond issue shall become <br />due at the time of the sale. This shall include all bonds of <br />the Civil Town of Mooresville, Fire Department, Park Department, <br />Economic Development Commission and Loan Indebtedness of the same. <br /> <br />Park Personnel shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />Experienced Labor - $4.50 per hour <br /> <br />Experienced Helper - $4,20 per hour <br /> <br />New Help - $3.55 per hour <br /> <br />Compensation for Park Board - $20.00 per person for each attended meeting. <br /> <br />School Crossing Guards - $3.35 per hour <br /> <br />Employee's ~tirement Plan - Employer Contributions <br /> <br />The Town shall, from time to time, contribute to the trust fund of the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville employee's retirement plan administered by Nyhart <br /> <br />Company, Inc. such amounts are as estimated by the Actuary to be <br /> <br />sufficient, upon an actuarially sound basis as required by ERISA to <br /> <br />provide the benefits under the plan pursuant to the Town's plan and <br /> <br />trust agreement. Such contributions may be made in cash or in property <br /> <br />which is an authorized investment of the trust fund. Each employee shall <br /> <br />contribute an amount equal to three percent (3%) of his annual compensation, <br />
