I (4) $6,825.00 per year $568.75 per month from the General Fund $3,885.00 per year - $323.75 per month from the Sewer Fund Part-time Clerk for Clerk's office - $3.55 per hour from the Sewer Fund, The Town Attorney shall be paid as follows: a. Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour for all services rendered at meetings of the Town Board, Plan Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals. b. Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour for all other services rendered for Town. c. Town agrees to bear all filing fee expenses and court costs, cost of any depositions, cost of obtaining the attendance of witnesses, the printing of briefs and other necessary expenses of litigation over and above normal trial preparation which Attorney would pay as a part of his normal overhead. d. Attorney shall bill the Town monthly for all services rendered by furnishing an itemized statement of services for approval by the Town Board with payment to be made by Town through its normal course of business. e. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan indebted- ness) of the Town on a percentage basis, that being one per- cent (1%) of the total bond issue. The Town will not be billed hourly for any of the services pertaining to said bond issue and the attorney fees shall be contingent upon the sale of the bond issue. If the contract between the Attorney and the Town is discontinued prior to the sale of the bond issue then services rendered to date on the bond issue shall become due at the time of the sale. This shall include all bonds of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Fire Department, Park Department, Economic Development Commission and Loan Indebtedness of the same. Park Personnel shall be paid as follows: Experienced Labor - $4.50 per hour Experienced Helper - $4,20 per hour New Help - $3.55 per hour Compensation for Park Board - $20.00 per person for each attended meeting. School Crossing Guards - $3.35 per hour Employee's ~tirement Plan - Employer Contributions The Town shall, from time to time, contribute to the trust fund of the Town of Mooresville employee's retirement plan administered by Nyhart Company, Inc. such amounts are as estimated by the Actuary to be sufficient, upon an actuarially sound basis as required by ERISA to provide the benefits under the plan pursuant to the Town's plan and trust agreement. Such contributions may be made in cash or in property which is an authorized investment of the trust fund.
