<br />r <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />Mooresvil1e, Indiana <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, that the following criteria shall apply to all <br /> <br />road blocks within the jurisdiction of the Town: <br /> <br />1. That there shall be only one road block per year granted to <br /> <br />any organization. Organization shall be defined to include any branch <br /> <br />of a parent organization, group, club or school activity. <br /> <br />2. That all road blocks shall occur between the hours of <br /> <br />9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., only. <br /> <br />3, That all roadblocks shall be conducted at one or both of the <br /> <br />following two intersections and no other location: <br /> <br />a. Carlisle and North Indiana Streets, and <br /> <br />b.
