<br />I <br /> <br />AMENDED RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Comes now the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana <br /> <br />and pursuant to the powers vested in the board of trustees by the legislature <br /> <br />of the State of Indiana amends the resolution adopted July 2, 1985 regarding <br /> <br />the Town cemetery lot opening fees to read as follows: <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town cemetery shall charge a fee for grave <br /> <br />lot openings in the amount of $175.00, that for said grave lot openings $160.00 <br /> <br />shall be paid to the grave diggers if they do the same by hand with the other <br /> <br />$15.00 to go to the cerneter's permanent maintenance fund, or if a backhoe is <br /> <br />used the fee to the grave diggers shall be $140.00 per lot opening with the <br /> <br />additional $35,00 to go to the cemetery's permanent maintenance fund, <br /> <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> <br />,0) 0 Ii,.<:-?
