<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />Comes now the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, and pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Trustees by the <br /> <br />legislature of the State of Indiana now passes the following resolution <br /> <br />regarding the Civil Town of Mooresville Retirement Plan which is as follows: <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, <br /> <br />(See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />Alternative 112) <br /> <br /> That the Town accepts the plan which is set out in the proposal of <br />Nyhart Company, Inc, dat ed June 17, 1985 under Alternate 112 which essentially <br />allows for a 50 - 50 employer - employee share program with employer matching <br /> <br />a 3.'% contribution with the minimum hiring age set out in said plan, a vesting <br /> <br />period of one year of service, no withdrawal of the Town's funds until age 55 <br /> <br />and a six year minimum period to vest the Town's portion and lock this in.
