<br />r <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />Comes now the Civil Town of Mooresville, by its Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />and pursuant to the authority granted them in the Indiana Code now grants the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Town Boar& of Trustees directs the <br /> <br />following authority to the Town Fire Chief: <br /> <br />a) Directs the Town Fire Chief to exercise full control and <br /> <br />authority of all volunteer fire department members contracted with by the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville during the course of their duties as contractual <br /> <br />employees with the Civil Town of Mooresville and while the same are within <br /> <br />the fire house or on a fire scene or exercising any of their duties as contractual <br /> <br />employees of the Civil Town of ,Mooresville.
