<br />r \0- <br /> <br />BOOKC¡O PAG}: <br /> <br />315 <br /> <br />')Ù5787 <br /> <br />DEDICATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, <br /> <br />tha~Raesta Estates, <br /> <br />Inc., an Indiana <br /> <br />corporation, Grantors, of Morgan County, in the State of Indiana, do hereby <br />J j <br />grant, set over and dedicate to the Civil Town of Nooresvil1e, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, herein referred to as Grantee, its successors and assigns, for the sum <br /> <br />of One Dollars ($1,00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of <br /> <br />which is hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate to be used as <br /> <br />a public road which the Grantee shall hereafter maintain and use for public <br /> <br />highway purposes. <br /> <br />Such land so dedicated to the Civil Town of Hooresville, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Raesta Drive and Estate Drive as shown on plat and accepted by the Town <br />of J'íooresville, May 1, 1984, and recorded in Book 202, page 476, in the <br />records of Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a stone at the Northwest corner of the South half of the <br />Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 14 <br />North, Range 1 East, run thence S 00037'04" E a distance of 339.18 feet; <br />run thence N 89026'34" E a distance of 165.50 feet to the center of <br />a cul-de-sac having a radius of 70 feet; run thence N 89°26'30" E in <br />the center of Raesta Drive being 30.0 feet on each side of center a <br />distance of 480.0 feet to the P,C. of a curve having a left deflection <br />of 22019'39" and a radius of 172.15 feet and a long chord of 130,80 <br />o <br />feet to the p, C, of a right curve having a deflection' of 22 19' 39" and <br />a lonr: chord of 130.80 feet to its point of tangent; run thence north- <br />easterly a distance of 50.0 feet to its intersection with a line running <br />N 89003'21" Z, and at this point the right-of-way is 25,0 feet on each <br />side of the following centerline having a distance of 430,0 feet to the <br />centerline of North Indiana Street. <br /> <br />Also, Estate Drive as shown on plat of Raesta Estates: Beginning on the <br />above centerline of Raesta Drive 455,0 feet S 89003' 21" W of the center of <br />North Indiana Street, run thence S 00°00' in the center of Estate Drive <br />being 25 feet on each side of the following centerline for a distance of <br />232,85 feet to the center of a cul-de-sac having a radius of 50,0 feet. <br /> <br />Raesta Drive and Estate Drive contain an area of 92978.34 square feet or <br />2.134 acres, more or less, which is hereby dedicated to the Town of <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana. <br /> <br />It is further understood and agreed by the parties that the real estate <br /> <br />hereinabove described is herein conveyed in fee simple, and no revisionary rights <br /> <br />whatsoever are intended to remain in the Grantors, their heirs or assigns. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executred this "Dedication of Land <br /> <br />for Public Use" this <br /> <br />3rd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />, 1985. <br /> <br />RAESTA ErJ.TES, l í) <br /> <br />BY: k-L.f, ~¿-'- <br />Ernest R.
