Said following described real estate owned by Mooresville Consolidated -----", School Corporation: A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3l, Town- ship 14 North Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a concrete post that is 1,070.4 feet North of a stone at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; thence North 00 degrees, 33 minutes, 30 seconds West on and along said West line a distance of 734.69 feet to a point; thence East 841.92 feet to a point in the East line of the tract herein described; thence South 00 degrees, 33 minutes, 30 seconds East and parallel to the West line of said Quarter Section 1335.22 feet, more or less, to the North and East right-of-way line of State Road No. 144; thence North 55 degrees, 3 minutes, 30 seconds West l,034.15 feet to the place of begin- ning containing 20 acres, more or less. Also a non-exclusive easement 10 feet in width lying east of and adjacent to the following described line; Beginning at a point which is 1805.09 feet North, 00 degrees, 33 minutes, 30 seconds West of the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 31 and along the West line of said quarter section, thence North 00 degrees, 33 minutes, 30 seconds West on and along said West line a distance of 787.56 feet.
