Said following described real estate owned by Mooresville Consolidated <br /> <br />-----", <br /> <br />School Corporation: <br /> <br />A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3l, Town- <br />ship 14 North Range 2 East of the Second Principal <br />Meridian bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a concrete post that is 1,070.4 feet <br />North of a stone at the Southwest corner of the <br />Southwest Quarter of said Section 31; thence North 00 degrees, <br />33 minutes, 30 seconds West on and along said West <br />line a distance of 734.69 feet to a point; thence <br />East 841.92 feet to a point in the East line of the <br />tract herein described; thence South 00 degrees, 33 <br />minutes, 30 seconds East and parallel to the West <br />line of said Quarter Section 1335.22 feet, more or <br />less, to the North and East right-of-way line of State <br />Road No. 144; thence North 55 degrees, 3 minutes, <br />30 seconds West l,034.15 feet to the place of begin- <br />ning containing 20 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Also a non-exclusive easement 10 feet in width lying <br />east of and adjacent to the following described line; <br /> <br />Beginning at a point which is 1805.09 feet North, 00 <br />degrees, 33 minutes, 30 seconds West of the Southwest <br />corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 31 <br />and along the West line of said quarter section, thence <br />North 00 degrees, 33 minutes, 30 seconds West on and <br />along said West line a distance of 787.56 feet. <br /> <br />Subject to a non-exclusive easement 10 feet in width <br />lying East of and adjacent to the West line of the <br />above-described principal tract, said line being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said tract and <br />extending 734.69 feet, more or less, to the Northwest <br />corner thereof. <br /> <br />The easements granted and reserved immediately above <br />are to be used for the purpose of supplying sewer and <br />surface water drainage and water utility services to <br />the adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Also an easement for the construction, operation and <br />maintenance of a sanitary sewer over, through and across <br />certain property commonly known as the Spring Hill Farm <br />in Morgan County, Indiana; said easement being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of ground 15 feet in width extending 7 1/2 <br />feet by parallel lines on either side of a center <br />line described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 1450.4 feet North of the South- <br />east corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, <br />Township 14 North, Range 1 East, running thence in a <br />Northwesterly direction on a deflection of 87 degrees, <br />27 minutes in a counter-clockwise direction from the <br />North South line, a distance of 514.92 feet, thence <br />on a deflection to the West 55 degrees, 44 minutes a <br />distance of 273.95 feet to a point, thence on a de- <br />fJection to the right 56 degrees, 32 minutes a distance <br />of 1140,50 feet to a point in the West line of the <br />existing sewer line easement running from the Town <br />of Mooresville to Its disposal plant, said point being <br />185 feet North of the inlet of said sewer line into <br />the disposal plant building. <br /> <br />(It is understood that at the point of intersection <br />with the existing sewer line from the Town of Moores- <br /> <br />21 <br />
