r EXCEPT: Part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section thirty-six (36), Township fourteen (14) North, Range one (I) East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 120.0 feet south of the Southwest corner of Lot Number One (I), Block Sixty-four (64) in Moore's Fourth Adddition to the Town of Mooresville and thirty-five (35) feet east of the centerline of Old State Road No. 67, run thence southerly and parallel to said centerline a distance of 91.0 feet; run thence easterly at a right angle to said centerline a distance of 15.0 feet; run thence southerly fifty (50) feet from and parallel to the centerline of Old State Road No. 67 a distance of 518.1 feet to the Northwest corner of the following described tract and the BEGINNING POINT of this description (being also the Southwest corner of a tract of land containing ODe acre, now owned by the Citizen's Bank).
