Parcel 42. -, northerly and parallel to the center line of Old State Road #67, which is now South Indiana Street, and also the West line of the East half of said Southwest quarter, a distance of 253.3 feet; deflect 90 degrees and 00 minutes left and run westerly a distance of 300.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.00 acres, more or lesse EXCEPT: Part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 120.0 feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot Number One (1), Block Sixty-four (64) in Moore's Fourth Addition to the Town of Mooresville and 35.0 feet East of the centerline of Old State Road 67, run thence Southerly and parallel to said centerline a distance of 91.0 feet; run thence Easterly at a right angle to said centerline a distance of 15.0 feet; run thence Southerly 50.0 feet from and parallel to the centerline of Old State Road 67 a distance of 743.1 feet (said point is 225.0 feet S 00014' Waf the Southwest corner of the Citizens Bank property and also at the Southwest corner of a 50.0 foot road running east); Run thence S 89°46' E on and along the South line of said 50.0 foot road a distance of 475,0 feet to the Northwest corner of the following described real estate and the Beginning Point of this description; from said beginning point continue thence S 89°46' E a distance of 100.0 feet; run thence Southerly and parallel to the center of South Indiana Street a distance of 325.0 feet to the North line of Gray Brothers; thence run Westerly on said north line a distance of 100.0 feet; run thence Northerly parallel to the center of South Indiana Street a distance of 325.0 feet to the Beginning Point, containing 0.746 of an acre, more or less, Subject to a Mooresvil1e sewer easement as given in Parcel 12 and recorded in the Records of Morgan County, ALSO, Subject to an existing 15.0 foot sewer easement East of and adjacent to the West line of the above described real estate connecting to a man hole in the above Mooresvil1e sewer. That portion of the Consolidated Railway right of way starting at the Southern most boundary of Section No. 36 Township 14 North Range 1 F~st and traveling North until reaching the right of way section already annexed to the Civil Town of Mooresville.
