J '7 ,1984 <br />ADDITIONAL APPOROPRIATION ORDINACE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate <br /> <br />more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />Section 1.
