At this time the town would agree to extend its sewer <br />line to your property in order that you might hook on and alleviate your <br />immediate problems. To do this we will have to assess a cost for extending <br />the line in addition to the normal hook-up fee. Since any extension of <br />this line is anticipated to go on into the Victor Drive area we would <br />want to make sure that all parties are treated fairly and equally. The <br />town is not in position to make the full move at this time so we can only <br />pro rate the expense to you. Any cost you pay towards the hook-on fee <br />will be evaluated in light of how other residents in the area are treated <br />when they pay monies towards the extension of said line. If this agreement <br />is satisfactory to you I would appreciate your acknowledging the same in this <br />letter and initialing your approval beside the amount agreed on as the initial <br />payment for said extension with the set-off to be made in an additional payment <br />at a later date when the amounts are determined or in the event that a refund <br />would be in order the same to be accomplished at a later date.
