<br />I <br /> <br />. , <br /> <br />BOOK t1 PAGJ~ <br /> <br />296 <br /> <br />0134f::3 <br /> <br />DEDICATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC USE <br />./ <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the Mooresville Development Corporation, <br /> <br />Grantors, of Morgan County, in the State of Indiana, do hereby grant, set over <br /> <br />./ <br />and dedicate to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as Grantee, its successors and assigns, for the sum of One Dollar <br /> <br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br /> <br />acknowledged, the following described real estate to be used as a public road <br /> <br />which the Grantee shall hereafter maintain and use for public highway purposes. <br /> <br />Such land so dedicated to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, <br /> <br />Indiana, is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the West half of the West half of the Southeast <br />quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East <br />of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, <br />bounded and described as follows, to-wit; <br /> <br />From an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the West half <br />of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, <br />township and range aforesaid, run thence northerly on the <br />East line of said West half a distance of 904.95 feet; run <br />thence S 82°27'33" W a distance of 50.44 feet to the West <br />line of a fifty (50) foot easement strip in favor of the <br />Town of Mooresville, and the BEGINNING POINT of this description: <br /> <br />From said beginning point run thence S 82°27'3311 W a distance <br />of 521.56 feet to the Southwest corner of this 50.0 foot road; <br />run thence N 31040'30" W a distance of 54.79 feet to the <br />Northwest corner; run thence N 82°27'3311 E a distance of <br />550.59 feet to the West line of said 50.0 foot easement strip; <br />run thence southerly on the West line of said easement strip a <br />distance of 50.44 feet to the beginning point, containing 0.615 <br />of an acre, more or less. <br /> <br />It is further understood and agreed by the parties that the real estate <br /> <br />hereinabove described is herein conveyed in fee simple, and no revisionary <br /> <br />rights whatsoever are intended to remain in the Grantors, their heirs or assigns. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this "Dedication of Land for <br /> <br />Public Use" this 27 th day of <br /> <br />^uc¡ust <br /> <br />, 1984. <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
