Tutewiler and Sue Ann Tutewiler which <br /> <br />Petition was docketed as Plan Commission Docket No.3, 1983, ,iJ1d <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having jurisdic- <br /> <br />tion over the subject real estate has recommended to the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana that the Application <br /> <br />for Rezoning as filed by said applicants be rezoned from its pr~scnt <br /> <br />classification GB-General Business to I-Industrial, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana now accepts the recommendation of the Mooresvil1e Plan <br /> <br />Commission and the following real estate located within the jurisdic- <br /> <br />tion of the Mooresvillc Plan Commission is hereby rezoned to zoning <br /> <br />classification I-Industrial. <br /> <br />Such real estate located in Morgan <br /> <br />Cc)unty, State of Indiana is more particularly described as follows, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the West half of the Southeast quarter and <br />part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 36, Township 14, North, Range 1, East of the <br />Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana <br />bounded and described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of <br />the West half of the West half of the Southeast quarter <br />of Section 36, Township and range aforesaid, run thence <br />S 890 35' W on the South line of said Section 36 a <br />distance of 5A9.89 feet to the Southeast corner of the <br />fallowing described tract and the BEGINNING POINT of <br />this descrigtion: From said beginning point continue <br />thence S 89 35' W on the South line of said Section 36 <br />a distance of 391.71 feet more or less, to an iron pipe <br />on the East right-of-way line of the Penn-Central Rail- <br />o <br />road; from said point run thence N 02 57' 30" E on said <br />right-of-way line a distance of 875.72 feet to the <br />Southwest corner of a tract of land now belonging to <br />Freeman Florist; run thence N 580 19' 30" E a di~tance <br />of 294.53 feet to the Northwest corner of a ~:ract con- <br />taining 0.958 of an acre; run thence S 310 40' 30" E a <br />distance of 225.90 feet to the Center of a sewer manhole; <br />o 5 ' <br />run thence S 01 33' 1" W on the West 11ne of a tract <br />containing 11.536 acres a distance of 834.43 feet to <br />the be~inning point, containing 8.239 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
