ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN _~___ __~ºRGI\¡"¡_ COUN'I'2'L..!.NI:JIANA~n______ WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing on July 2f3, 1983, with refprellce to a "Application for RczoTling" filed l)y Allen D. Tutewiler and Sue AnTI Tutewiler willeh Petition was docketed as Plan Commission Docket No.3, 1983, ~nd WHEREAS, tile Mooresvillc Plull Commission having jurisdic- tion over the subject real estate has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana that the Application for Rezoning as filed by said applicants be rezoned from its prescnt classification GB-Ceneral Business to I-Industrial, and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana now accepts the recommendat~ion of the Mooresville Plan Commission and the following real estate located within the jurisdic- tio!} of the Moort~svillc Plan Commissic)n is hereby rezoned to zoning classification I-Industrial.
