I Board of Trust' ,es shall receive from the Sewer Department the sum of $400.00 per year per Board Member. SECTION IV. The salary of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be as follows: $738.24 per month from the General Fund $655.64 per month from the Sewer Fund The salary of the Deputy Clerk shall be as follows: $668.76 per month from the General Fund $323.58 per month from the Sewer Fund The following salary and wage shall be paid from the General Fund to the Town Attorney. The Town Attorney shall be paid the sum of $ ~ C, t1 per hour from the General Fund for meetings of the Town Board, Plan Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals. The Town Attorney shall receive the sum of $60.00 per hour from the General Fund for all additional legal services rendered for the Town of Mooresville with the exception of services rendered for the Sewer Department and any Bond Issue which shall be as hereinafter detailed: a. The Town Attorney shall be paid the sum of $60.00 per hour from the Sewer Fund for all services rendered for the Town Sewer Department. b. The Town Attorney shall be paid the sum of 1% of the total loan or bond issue as compensation for services rendered in regards to said bond issue. Said money shall be paid out of the bond issue and if the bond is not sold then no compensation shall be paid out of said bond monies. Park Personnel - $3.70 per hour for second year employees Park Personnel - New help $3.50 per hour This Ordinance shall become effective from January I, 1984, and shall continue until December ~~~ 1984. Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
