<br />...--. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE L6.- 1983 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE , 1982 CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE <br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, are <br /> <br />entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said Civil Town shall be fixed <br /> <br />by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by an ordinance <br /> <br />of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as condtitions <br /> <br />and circumstances require a change or changes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana that the salaries set out in Ordinance No. __I~ <br /> <br />, 1982 <br /> <br />Section II Assistant Sewer Plant Superintended by changed to read as follows: <br /> <br />Assistant Sewer Plant Superintendent the sum of $1,500.00 per month. Assistant <br /> <br />Sewer Plant Superintendent who works over 40 hours a week shall be compensated <br /> <br />with pay at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) to one (1). For everyone hour <br /> <br />of overtime, the Assistant Sewer'Plant Superintendent shall be paid one and <br /> <br />one-half (1-1/2). <br /> <br />The effective date of this amendment shall be July 19, 1983. <br /> <br />~tU\QL o.
