All provisions of this Ordinance and limits set herein shall comply <br />with any applicable State or Federal requirements now, or projected <br />to be in effect. <br /> <br />261. Violation of any provision of Article II. <br /> <br />261.1 Any person found to be violating any provision of Article II <br />'of this Ordinance, except Paragraph 237 ,shall, be served by <br />the Town with written notice stating the nature of the vio- <br />'lation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satis- <br />factory cor~ction thereof. Each day in which any such violation.,shall continue <br />shall be deemed a sçparate offense. <br /> <br />261.3 <br /> <br />Any person violating any of the provisions, of this Ordinance <br />shall become liable to the Town for any' expense ,'loss, ,'or <br />damage occasioned by the Town or downstream users by reason <br />of auch violation. .' ,. <br />, <br /> <br />ARTC ILE III <br />SEVERABILITY AND REPF~LING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,301. Parsgraphs and Subparagraphs. The paragraphs and subpsragraphs of <br />this Ordinance shall be deemed to be separate and several; and, if <br />sny part thereof shall be declsred to be invalid, the same shall <br />not affect any other portion. <br /> <br />302. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. Ordinance No. 9-1974 and all <br />other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br />EFFECTI VE DATE <br /> <br />401.' Effective Date.
