<br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />, 1982 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE .Al1ENDING NO, 6, 1975 ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA ON <br />~1EMORIAL DRIVE .AND A PROVISION FOR A LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE ON <br />SAID MEHORIAL DRIVE IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, HORGAN COUNTY, IN12IAlIA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Horgan County, State of Indiana, that: <br />WHEREAS, by the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of said <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, by the acts of the General Assembly of the <br /> <br />_ State of Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to regulate and control the flow of <br /> <br />traffic in the Town of Hooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, by establishing <br /> <br />a no parking zone on the North and South sides of Memorial Drive from the <br /> <br />intersection of said Memorial Drive with Monroe Street to the termination <br /> <br />of Memorial Drive to the West corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an ordinance establishing the parking restrictions on <br /> <br />Memorial Drive was set out under Ordinance No, 6, 1975, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend said ordinance to <br /> <br />properly meet the needs of the community as to the traffic on said <br /> <br />Memorial Drive, <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted <br /> <br />amending Ordinance No, 6, 1975 in particular Section No, 2 to reserve <br /> <br />a loading and unloading zone in a part of an area on the North <br /> <br />side of Memorial Drive, as shill be more fully set out below, <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that Section II of Ordinance <br /> <br />No, 6, 1975 be amended to read as follows: That there is now established <br /> <br />a loading and unloading zone for motor vehicles on the North right-of-way <br /> <br />of said Memorial Drive in an area 70 feet West of and 70 feet East of <br /> <br />the now established sidewalk for ingress and egress to the public <br /> <br />school building of the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation <br /> <br />thereon located, and that such restrictive parking for any motor vehicle <br /> <br />shall be limited to a 15 minute parking period at all times, That in <br />no case shall any parking be allowed within 20 feet of the intersection <br /> <br />on either side of this parking area, <br />
