I ORDINANCE NO .~__, 1982 AN ORDINANCE TO EXECUTE A PERMANENT LOAN OF INDEBTEDNESS WHEREAS, on March 2, 1982, a petition was filed by ninety-four (94) property owners of the Civil Town of Mooresville requesting the Town Board of Trustees to purchase an emergency Van for the Mooresville Fire Department through the execution of a note of indebtedness which would be repaid by the town through tax dollars over a period in excess of one (I) year; and WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published pursuant to Indiana Code 5-1 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20; WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Civil Town of Mooresville has found that it is in the best interest of the community to purchase said emergency Van for the Mooresville Fire Department by the execution of a note of indebtedness which shall be repaid by the Town through tax dollars over a period in excess of one (1) year; WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 13th day of April, 1982 with no remonstrators being present; THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that; the Civil Town of Mooresville shall execute a note with Citizens Bank of Mooresville, Indiana creating an indebtedness in the principal amount of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($10,500.00) payable at the rate of 10.25% over a period of three (3) years with the installment payments coming due semiannually in the amount of Two Thousand Seventy-Six Dollars and 96/100 ($2,076.96) per installment. That these monies shall be used to purchase an emergency Van, namely a 1981 C30 Chevrolet truck. TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES MOORESVILLE, INDIANA /1. JIB; '1 Ii.'
