<br />......... <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF <br />MOORESVILLE TO ISSUE ITS "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />REVENUE BONDS (MILLER'S MERRY MANOR, INC, PROJECT)" <br />AND APPROVING OTHER ACTf8NS IN RESFECT THERETO <br />ORDINANCE NO, , 1982 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Economic Development Commission <br /> <br />has rendered its Project Report for the Miller's Merry Manor, <br /> <br />Inc, Project regarding the financing of proposed economic <br /> <br />development facilities for Miller's Merry Manor, Inc, and the <br /> <br />Mooresville Planning Commission has commented favorably <br /> <br />thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Economic Development Commission <br /> <br />conducted a public hearing on <br /> <br />June IS <br /> <br />1982, and also <br /> <br />adopted a resolution on <br /> <br />June 15 <br /> <br />1982, which Resolution <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />has been transmitted hereto, finding that the financing of <br /> <br />certain economic development facilities of Miller's Merry <br /> <br />Manor, Inc, complies with the purposes and provisions of I,C, <br /> <br />36-7-12 and that such financing will be of benefit to the <br /> <br />health and welfare of the Town of Mooresville and its citizens; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Economic Development Commission <br /> <br />has heretofore approved and recommended the adoption of this <br /> <br />form of Ordinance by this Board of Trustees and has approved <br /> <br />the forms of and has transmitted for approval by the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees the Loan Agreement, Mortgage and Security Agreement, <br /> <br />Note, Bond Purchase Agreement, Guaranty Agreement; now there- <br /> <br />fI <br /> <br />fore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE, INDIANA THAT: <br />
